I recently viewed a property advertised by Neilsons Solicitors. Today I was in contact with Kirsten Olverman about putting in an offer on the property. During our discussion I told her about the difficulty I’ve faced finding a reliable solicitor. Kirsten went above and beyond to help me - someone who is not her client. She listened to my concerns and offered to provide details of several trustworthy solicitors for me to contact. Kirsten had nothing to gain by assisting me with recommendations, yet she took the time to do so. If it wasn’t a conflict of interest Neilsons would be my first choice. Kirsten also talked about Neilsons and how it’s the most professional firm she’s worked at. It was refreshing to hear someone talk so passionately about their company and role. I only wish I’d used Neilsons for my own sale. I will definitely in the future, if everyone is as efficient and courteous as Kirsten. She’s an asset to the company!
