End of lease process

I have recently ended my lease and Olivia Morrad, my Property Manager, couldn't have been more helpful! She made the whole process very easy and promptly replied to all my questions. During my whole tenancy period she was always cheerful and a pleasure to work with.

Carol Clark at Braemore Sales and Lettings

I am leaving this review to share with you my delight at the customer service provided by Carol Clark at Braemore Sales and Letting. She conducted herself with a professionalism that's impressed me. More importantly she kept her promise of returning to me on the due date and time. Having never met Carol in person but judging by her attitude over the phone, I am sure this is not a one-off. New tenancy correspondence

I had easy and straightforward experience with Lynne when starting my tenancy lease in Dunfermline, she was always approachable and helpful in replying on my emails. Unfortunately didn’t get a chance to meet her when collecting the keys

Attentive service. Quick responses.

Braemore’s property manager Stewart always provides attentive service with quick responses both to me and to the tenants. I feel my flat is in good hands and I can let it with confidence. They have always found good tenants quickly and dealt with all admin smoothly and efficiently.

Customer Focused Professional Service (Landlord)- Recommend

Braemore have been managing my 2 properties in Edinburgh for a number of years now. I have been very satisfied with the service level I receive, since I am based outside the UK, so working with a company/people that communicate effectively is a key criteria for me. Michael Morton is my dedicated property manager and he is fantastic to work with! He does a great job of balancing the needs of the tenants and my challenges of budget constraints. He is always looking for innovative solutions to get a winwin for both sides. His communication style is effective and responsive and always confirms with me before any costly works need to be complete. In summary if you are a landlord and you wanting a quality and professional service go with Braemore and ask for Michael to manage your property!!

Property Renovations

Recently I had renovations carried out on my property in Edinburgh, all arranged and supervised by my property manager , Olivia Morrad. Everything went very smoothly, mainly due to the hard work and organisation of Olivia. As I am currently living overseas and was only able to make one visit to Edinburgh during the renovations, I was very dependent on Olivia taking control of all works and decisions. Her communication was excellent, and I always felt up to date with everything that was going on. Olivia also chose lampshades and curtains for the property, as well as white goods for the kitchen. I am very happy with the service I am receiving from Braemore, and my property manager, Olivia Morrad.

Matthew King my property manager has been very helpful with getting some of my repairs sorted. I have been with Braemore for 2 and a half years and this is the first time I've received a great service. I hope he stays as my property manager for a long time and look forward to dealing with him in the future.

Would highly recommend

My tenancy agreement was initially with James Gibb but was bought over by Braemore around 5 years ago. I've had nothing but great service from them over the years and my property manager (Alison) was friendly to deal with and very helpful and communicative. Over the years my washing machine and shower broke and they were extremely prompt in arranging replacements. I never waited longer than two days to have someone come out to look at issues that were reported. Unfortunately I had to leave the property after 8 years as the landlord wanted to either sell or renovate and increase the rent by a lot. Throughout this time Alison couldn't have been more helpful. She always kept me updated on what was going on and was quick to answer my questions and give further support. Luckily I managed to stay with Braemore for my new property which I am very happy about. From my own experience I would highly recommend Braemore and hope to be with them for more years to come!

Braemore are an efficient and well organised property management company and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to friends. My overall experience staying in a property managed by Braemore has been extremely satisfying. Customer service was exceptional. Staff has been efficient and I have received excellent service from them. I stayed for 2 years at a property managed by Rachel. Rachel has been polite, responsive, friendly, informative and really helpful overall. Communication was professional, clear, consistent and prompt. She has been a great property manager and it was a pleasure to deal with.
