STAY AWAY. Really bad service from the start. If you get a flat with any outstanding issues don't even try solving them out. I have been a tenant for 8 months, started from the property manager, when up to his line manager and then escalated to the boss, with of course no response and no actions. If you do the mistake to get a tenancy with them be aware for property manager with the initials JR. The guy is characterized by one word and that is unprofessional,; will never reply to your emails or phone calls, he must have said to receptionist to tell he is always away, and they will ask you to leave a message which he will never reply. Last but not least, I have taken action to resolve some of the issues of the flat with my own costs (as I was fed up) and on my exit the flat was cleaner that ever been before. The thank you from JR is charging me 40 pounds for cleaning services which I don't even bother discussing for as my deposit will not be release until 2017 sometime. JUST STAY AWAY.
