Do not go with this letting agency. Their staff are very rude and unhelpful. I have been with them (previously under Ryden Lettings) for over 3 years and they provide a consistently awful service. The only reason I have stayed is because it happens that my flat is good value for money. I made a formal complaint to their CEO which was ignored after being without heating in one half of the house for over a month at winter - they blamed this on the contractors even though it is their responsibility to ensure the contractors turn up! Another time I requested a shutter was fixed - the contractor who turned up did the shoddiest job, didn't fix it and damaged the wood and paint, so made it worse. They hire the worst maintenance crews who are clearly just the cheapest. Rude, unhelpful, thoroughly awful service I don't know how they are still in business.
