We had sold with another agent but it fell through. We then put it with Benjamin Stevens and Michael Meape came to see us and spent time explaining and advising us what to do. It went on the market and in a day we had 7 viewing and the next day a positive offer which we accepted. Michael kept us updated all the way through the sale and was always available to talk. I really recommend you go to Benjamin Stevens and speak with Michael if you want to sell your house. Thank you Michael for everything.

We just bought our first home via Benjamin Stevens and I cannot recommend them enough! Nathan was brilliant from day one. Very clear and efficient communication throughout the process, regular catch ups, viewings accommodated whenever we requested (even during a festive season) and overall great customer service from his side. Those small details make huge difference and definitely put your mind at rest. Will happily recommend these professionals to anyone who’s buying /selling their property.
