Our experience with Benjamin Stevens as purchasers was as smooth as it could be. They were entirely professional but also managed to add a personal touch that was most pleasing. We dealt initially with Robert Murray and then with Jacob Deacon and were very well satisfied with the service they gave. Emails and telephone calls were answered promptly and queries were dealt with efficiently. Given the way they always presented the vendor's position to us so that we could take that into account with whatever we raised, I would imagine their vendors would be as delighted with the service as we were.

Nathan has been great at making sure difficult situations with our buyer were sorted out, even when they seemed insurmountable. He has been responsive to calls and messages, and has been instrumental in making sure we got to completion.
