I went for a viewing last week, got there and the flat was a completely different flat, on a different floor, different size and layout, unfurnished while the booking I have is for a furnished flat. Once I asked the agent about all that she said that the other flat got leased and this is similar. I told her how this is totally different one and with no furniture. She said maybe it’s for a lower price. I asked how much they are asking for rent and she had no idea. She said she will check all the details regarding the rent and furnishing and get back to me by the end of the day and I haven’t heard back from her.
