I have been looking for a wonderful apartment for my son and his fiancee for a while now. When I saw this apartment advertised on Tristram’s website, I immediately contacted the office. Even though it was a busy Good Friday Easter weekend, Cora tried her best to get us a viewing. George was doing the viewings that day and he said he would try to contact me if he had a cancellation. Even though I was willing to put a holding deposit down on the apartment without viewing it, When I rang the office, they told me that they did have a cancellation. Two hours later, we met Poppy at the apartment, And as soon as we saw it we knew it was the right one. After the viewing, Cora did everything possible to help complete the deal. I explained to her that I was driving back to Devon 5 1/2 hours and that we wouldn’t be able to fill out the forms until the next day, She told me it wouldn’t be a problem and by Saturday we had done just that. Cora has been very helpful, And she is in constant contact with us. In the past, I have had many dealings with the estate agents, And have never met one so professional helpful and kind as Cora has been. Great job, Cora!
