When I wanted to sell my property, I was not too sure if iPropertyUK would handle it properly. However looking at the credentials and experience of the backers of the agency I decided to give them this opportunity and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Dharmesh and Jay were extremely professional in helping arrange viewings and securing the best deal for my flat. Even though they are online agents, at no point of time I felt any the services would have been different from the high street agents. Not only this resulted in saving thousands off my sale, the regular updates about the progress made me feel relaxed about the sale progress. Great service and fantastic experience! Highly recommended!

A knowledgeable and professional Agent
A knowledgeable and professional Agent is rare to find these days. We have moved several times in our life but Howard Cundy have been by far the easiest people to deal with. Their attention to detail with a friendly approach made the whole experience of selling my property a stress free process. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to friends and family.

Professional, local knowledge
We employed Nikki to sell our home. From the first contact through to the last we found Nikki to be very friendly, professional and honest. Her knowledge of the sales process in second to none, coupled with her high stand of service, I wouldn't hesitate to employ her to sell our home again.

I have bought and sold 5 times in my lifetime and I have to say Tim is the best agent I have ever used because he was calm, not pushy, helpful and despite this year being one of the worst ever for the property market with constant bidding wars and a huge lack of properties left to buy, his patience and understanding meant so much and he always knew the right thing to say to reassure me at very stressful times
