I'd been having some difficulties with billing on my account and although various team members had got involved, the situation had dragged on for a while. Bailey listened, spent some time getting to the bottom of things and was able to resolve the situation. She provided excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner.

I had the pleasure of dealing with James F and his installer Cameron, and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. James kept me informed throughout the whole process, was incredibly easy to communicate with, and was always happy to answer any questions I had. Cameron did a fantastic job with the installation, and together they made the whole process completely smooth and stress-free. We’re extremely grateful to them both and would highly recommend James and Cameron to anyone. 5-star service from start to finish!
