We placed our house on market with them and not received one single feedback call. They asked if staff could visit house to give better understand to anyone who might enquire. This was done three weeks ago and still no feedback. Only call we had was to ask us to reduce sell cost. Terrible customer service definitely wouldn’t recommend or use again.
I was disappointed to receive a folder asking me to consider them to sell my property as it’d been for sale longer than I would expect! That is very unprofessional and I definitely wouldn’t use an agent that employedthose tactics! Apart from wasting paper ink etc they’d actually printed off a brochure from my own agent and house and included that in their folderI’m sure John Follwell wouldn’t be impressed. It’s been 5 weeks and I havean offer...For your information I’m not in a hurry to sell, so when you have your meeting with the other estate agents in Stone, be sure to let them knowI do not want any brochures from any of them.Follwell’s have sold 3 properties for me and one was televised, their ethicsare to my standards!
Poor communication, it was I having to contact them for updates then ending up speaking to various different people instead of one person dealing with our purchase. Very frustrating!! Poor service!! Never will I deal with them again. Buyers beware!!
Awful buyers beware.... terrible service very underhand with dealing with certain aspects of a purchase.
