We purchased a property through James du Pavey. All in all it took 8 months!! First of all we got 3 months into the process and we suddenly found the house was a probate house and hadn’t even been applied for! No one said a word to us.From then on it was like getting blood out of a stone getting any information about what was going on. We were passed to different staff who “ were going to take this deal under their wing” to find what was going on.so after 8 months , £2000 extra spent on renting, storage, extra removals we finally got a completion date and collected the keys to our house.
