The stand out moment came right at the start of this rather bumpy voyage. We got a few Estate Agents in to give us a indication of value and whilst James Du Pavey came in with the highest valuation it did ultimately prove accurate. They were polite and professional throughout (occasionly unlike myself) and rose above an annoying "fallen sale" and the somewhat sudden passing of my Mother which held up progress due to the apparent chaos in the Courts system obtaining probate. I would certainly use them again if the need arose and would recommend them toanyone else.
