We dealt with James Du Pavey Eccleshall branch throughout 2022 whilst purchasing a property in Loggerheads. Unfortunately, the first purchase fell through but the latter has today completed successfully. We were extremely happy when we discovered our latter purchase was also through James Du Pavey as their customer service had been superb throughout. Through the first stressful and failed purchase they showed empathy and consideration for our predicament and when they realised they would again be helping us to make a purchase they were enthusiastic and keen to move things forward as smoothly as possible. All members of staff are friendly, efficient and a pleasure to speak to. We cannot recommend James Du Pavey highly enough and would look forward to dealing with them again in the future.
