We were given an entire half-day of a senior member of staff's time for him to show us 6 or 7 houses. The highly knowledgeable and professional staff made the house purchase particularly stress-free at all times. David Evans has also made letting out a house a particularly stress-free experience. I would suggest it is not down to luck (more down to the professional service provided) that we have had excellent tenants all through the time we have let out the house. Keep up the good work.

Jonathan is down to earth, sincere and a great communicator and I received 5+ star service from him and the team at David Evans in Eastleigh. I live in Australia and was looking to sell my property in the UK when I first contacted David Evans. I was concerned about how it would work with me living so far away and wanted to be fully in touch with the sales process and work with an estate agent who would communicate well and keep me updated. From the first skype conversation with Jonathan, I was impressed at his friendly, practical and down to earth approach. After he valued the property he promptly sent me a comprehensive report of the market and realistic valuation recommendation.
