Jonathan was extremely professional, and helpful and proactive when helping me with my purchase, to the point he even gave me a mortgage advisor when I was let down by my own to carry on with the purchase. He was a great help to both sides through a very tough time as my sellers house fell through he found away round all this to bring a very happy conclusion for both parties involved, most agents would have given up. He even went out of his way on both sides to make this sale conclude against all the odds. Where do I start! I was selling my parent's property which was emotional as it was my childhood home and the only one I'd ever known. It wasn't an easy time as there were a couple of sales that fell through at the last minute. I can only praise the staff at David Estate Agents particularly Graham and Mark who supported me throughout the whole process. Then after a sale had been agreed the unoccupied property had a burst pipe so the whole property had to be totally refurbished! It was such a difficult time but again I had support and help from Graham. Fortunately the buyers still wanted the property so I'm delighted to say it has now been sold and completed. David Evans Estate Agents are amazing, they were recommended by an aunt who always uses them for her moves. Unfortunately my mum had to move from our beloved family home of 50 years due to health reasons. From the initial phone call all the staff were not only extremely professional but also understanding, compassionate and made life much easier for us. Dale Lyons is absolutely brilliant, from the moment the house went live, he was like a busy bee, within 1 hour he had booked 15 viewings, by the weekend of viewing there were 30 and 10 offers. So within 1 week mum's house had sold, David Evans staff continued to be supportive, advising us, recommended an excellent workman to carry out repairs to the drains, which was discovered during the survey, the workman Brad was super quick, coming out to look at and quote the job and also completing the repairs to an excellent standard. The solicitors C-G-M recommended by David Evans were also excellent, both for the sale of the house and the purchase of the flat.
