So within 1 week mum's house had sold, David Evans staff continued to be supportive, advising us, recommended an excellent workman to carry out repairs to the drains, which was discovered during the survey, the workman Brad was super quick, coming out to look at and quote the job and also completing the repairs to an excellent standard. The solicitors C-G-M recommended by David Evans were also excellent, both for the sale of the house and the purchase of the flat.
