From the first conversation with Jonathan, we cannot fault the service. We have been kept updated at all times and they have been honest about expectations, dates, etc. We have also relied on them as local agents as we had moved away from the area and they gave us extra confidence with regards being available for viewings and taking care of the property when visiting.
