We're completely fine until we wanted to move where they called us maybe 3 or 4 times a day asking about possible viewings even after we asked them not to several times. They were all very friendly and that was our only gripe.

Hi Sam, We fully acknowledge that you were a good tenant, of our landlords property, for some while, but when you gave us notice that you were leaving, the landlord wanted us to find a replacement tenant as soon as possible...
