Dear Joshua, Thank you for your Google review. My understanding is that you viewed the property & wanted the landlord to carryout some improvements to it before you would commit to renting it. We phoned & emailed our landlord (who lives overseas) with a list of your requirements & we were waiting to hear back from him, before we could revert back to you. Not un-naturally, in the meantime, the property remained on the market & other viewings were conducted as you had not paid any holding fee (1 Weeks Rent). While we were waiting to hear back from our landlord other suitable tenants were found who were happy to take the property as it was currently presented. I'm sorry that you are disappointed that we did not come back to discuss this with you, but at the time of writing this reply to you we have still not heard back from our landlord regarding your requests, so we did not have any further useful information that we could relay back to you.
