On the Thursday I was in a massive shock and the prompt service you gave with sending the gent round (Jonathan) and then the builder Chris managed to calm me down. Yet again today with the prompt service by getting the ceiling repaired. Can you please pass on my thanks to the owner of the property for resolving the situation fast and allowing the house to be repaired. Kind regards
