Truly DISAPPOINTED with the service given by this estate agent. My husband and I went to see the place TWICE, they said they would do a deep clean of the place and we could then come back to do the paper work. 3 days later we haven’t heard anything back and we phoned and they say it has been let out. No communication with us. It’s just simply rude and unprofessional. I would recommend going to another estate agents if you can, maybe ones that communicate with their clients better and also show a little bit more enthusiasm when showing a property as this was clearly lacking when we went to see it. Seems like most of the positive reviews were a while ago so maybe they have had a re-shift in staff or just forgot how to do their jobs?
