Excellent customer service. Very experienced, polite and helpful staff members from Jonathan that showed me around the property to the staff based in the office. Very seamless process, taking under 4 weeks to purchase property from start to finish!! Excellent recommendations made. Very informative and helpful staff all round. Always managed to speak to someone when making enquiries. If not able to, my calls and/or emails were always returned in a timely manner. When I was unavailable, my designated person to deal with correspondence was kept informed about what was happening. Was treated very well throughout. Would definitely recommend to others. 😀
