The team at David Evans go above and beyond ...! We bought a house through them and every member of staff I dealt with was polite, professional, friendly and helpful. They helped keep me updated with developments throughout the entire chain (even chasing parts of the chain that were not their responsibility) and were instrumental in keeping things moving when the process almost became bogged down in bureaucracy.
