Chris Smith arrived as I had requested, and after a brief chat took a look around the bungalow, checking the fire alarm was in working order as he went. He photographed the split in the window sill, and agreed to forward this to my landlord, and make a note on my file that I could in no way be responsible for causing it. A very quick inspection and very pleasantly executed.

Chris conducted my flat inspection and deemed my flat tidy and pleasant. In answer to his enquiry if I was satisfied that all was in order, I was able to say that I am. I raised the point that the Velux windows are now quite old and are getting draughty, and would in due course need attention.
