Quite honestly the best estate agent I have dealt with in Eastbourne. Professional, excellent customer service, and no problem sending out a team member to show me how to get the hot water to work. Even the utilities were all done online.

I had my 6 month tenancy review with Chris this week and he was great. Even though I keep my flat very tidy, I always get very anxious about inspections but he really put me at my ease. Chris was thorough in his inspection, taking note of a small problem I had noticed and reported on it immediately. Really happy with the service.

Clare at Northwood has always responded quickly, efficiently and professionally to any issues or enquiries we've raised concerning a property we rent out through Northwood. Although we find their set up fees expensive, the individuals who work in the Eastbourne office have always been excellent.

Very helpful and pleasant staff.

Phillip Barron was the sale negotiator thruout the purchase of my flat. He was very knowledgeable, his input of good customer care skills puts buyers like us at ease. He has done everything in his power n over the top for us to see this exchange of contract n completion which we are enormously grateful .
