I had such a positive experience with Leslie & Co. Right from the start they were professional and demonstrated integrity; a breath of fresh air when compared to other estate agents. Their photographs and marketing materials were far superior to those I received from other estate agents too. Whilst going through the process of selling they were constantly on call for advice. I had tenants in the property to start with and they made time to reassure them. They never had anything to do with the rental side of my property and yet they also did extra things like recommending tradesmen, liaising with tradesmen on my behalf, liaising with my tenants on a number of occasions when I couldn't get over to deal with an issue myself. I grew to trust them entirely and felt like I could be totally transparent about my situation and would receive advice that was in my interest rather than theirs. Working with these two took so much of the stress out of the sales process for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use their services again.

I have to say part of the reason we didn't move earlier was probably due to my general fear of the whole process, and if I'm being honest, having to deal with estate agents. We'd never heard of Leslie & Co. They are small independent outfit, and I can't remember exactly how my wife found them. Suffice it to say, if the time ever comes again for us to move, I wouldn't work with anyone else. From beginning to end they made the process so easy.
