Leslie & Co. promote themselves as an Estate Agent that put people before profits and to be honest above all else (not attributes normally associated with Estate Agents) I can assure you that this is no empty sales pitch but very much at the heart of how they undertake their day-to-day business. Quite simply they are different to any other Agents that I’ve had dealings with in that they really do care about their clients. I put my flat on the market back in November 2023 and researched and spoke to several local Agents and when I first contacted them, I sensed straight away that there was something very different about the way they operate and was made to feel that even though my flat would be at the bottom end of the market for our area my custom would be valued. So, I took the plunge and placed my flat in their very capable hands. I must admit that I had been a bit concerned that they didn’t have the normal shop front high street presence that many Agents have but I needn’t have worried my property was marketed in a manner that only could be described as impressive and a steady stream of potential buyers were soon beating their way to my property and it didn’t take long for the offers to come in. I won’t go into details but for reasons all to do with my onward purchase and nothing to do with Leslie & Co. I kept experiencing delay after frustrating delay and they (especially Allistair) were amazing. They not only made sure that I was supported throughout the months that my move took they also fought my corner all the way often going way beyond what you would normally expect. It’s a shame I can’t add a sixth star to their rating as they undoubtedly deserve it.
