We purchased a house being sold by Leslie & Co. Paul and Rachel we're far and away the best agents I've ever come across. They provided real customer service, keeping us up to date with everything and worked incredibly hard to get our purchase over the line when it looked like the whole chain wild fall over! Like most people selling their home, we were very daunted by the prospect. Not least because the last time my husband and I moved home was way back in the mists of time. (44 years to be exact.) Their goal wasn't just to help sell our house but also help us find our new home, and they went out their way to help us achieve both. Paul and Rachel were always on-hand to answer our queries, offer advice and ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. We were initially unsure as they didn’t have the local presence of other high street agents, but their can-do attitude, open communication and genuine interest in our situation more than made up for it. We valued the fact that we knew who we were dealing with and could contact them whenever we needed. We found ourselves in an unfortunate situation when our onward purchase fell through very late in the process. In the time leading up to this and in the weeks thereafter, Paul and Rachel really went above and beyond, offering support past completion to help us find a new home. They were lovely to work with and we highly recommend Paul and Rachel!
