Our agent Rachel has been so helpful throughout the entire process of viewing and moving into our new flat. She was so responsive and accommodating, happy to organise additional viewings in the evenings so that we could measure up for furniture, and always answering our questions promptly. Even after moving in she has been in contact to check we are happy in our new home and helped to sort out teething issues in the flat. Nothing has been too much trouble.
