Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! We initially went with a large chain because they promised a lot and we were really confident the team member we initially met with would do a great job selling our flat to prospective buyers. As it turned out, we rarely saw that team member again, and the agents who we did meet were definitely not up to his standard. They also struggled to find prospects, viewings often felt like a waste of time, and we didn’t feel that they were being honest or transparent with us. So we moved to Leslie & Co. The difference was night and day. We initially met with Rachel and Paul; and we worked with them throughout the whole process. They kept us looped in on everything and were brilliant at telling us what we needed to hear, not what they thought we wanted. There were a few sticky moments in the sale but Leslie & Co were there the whole time, and leading the solutions. They went above and beyond to help us. I can’t recommend them enough.
