From holding our dream home for us for three months whilst we found a buyer for our flat, being so professional and reassuring throughout the whole process, and giving us the most amazing welcome gifts, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They are everything estate agents should be but often aren't so we were very happy to find Rachel after a high-street chain didn't deliver on their promises.
