I chose Jackson Grundy to sell our house because of positive experiences with them when viewing earlier. I was not disappointed. It took several months to get our sale over the line but throughout, the staff at Jackson Grundy were excellent. They made sure that whoever presided over a viewing had been properly briefed about the house and the situation and as far as I knew, they were always polite and welcoming. They ensured that our pets were safe throughout viewings (keeping external doors closed etc). They were also always punctual and always kept everyone informed. I could not have wished for better.
