From initial contact, Claire Askew was very professional and prompt in our options being explained and the survey was booked with only a small wait of a week. We opted for a level 3 survey and our surveyor Jonathan Mason contacted us before he attended to discuss our needs and any concerns. The survey was extremely detailed, literally with no stone unturned and gave us complete confidence in our potential new homes' condition - with a gallery of photos highlighting the inspection. From the survey taking place the report was with us the next day - excellent service throughout and highly recommended
