Fantastic service from start to finish with Woods and in particular with Tracey (chester le street office) when the house was up for sale, then with Amanda (durham office) after it sold. I was kept up to date weekly with the progress and Amanda was always available via email/phone whenever I had a question. Selling a home can be very stressful but Amanda was always there for a reassuring chat and was never too busy. I never had the frustration of waiting for 'call backs' or updates. Worth every penny and will be recommended to anyone I know selling a house.
