After reaching out to Woods I asked for a valuation on my house, David come out to value it and told us we could get £100-105k maximum for our house, we then invited other estate agents who all said in the region of £115k, we then put it on the market with another agent, we got offered our full asking price of £115k within 40 minutes of putting it on the market. My experience with the office staff was great as they were very friendly and helpful just the valuation was way out.
