We recently helped my in-laws downsize and Ann and Jonathan couldn't have done more to help and ensure that the sale went through despite significant challenges along the way. Initially complications with covid and viewings were well managed, followed by the collapse of a sale and getting matters back on track. The patience shown by both throughout, and then in managing a complicated sale in an extensive chain was commendable, and we simply wouldn't have been able to relocate my in-laws without their careful management.
