Whilst studying a post graduate degree I stayed at a property. Generally really good service. A few minor items were not dealt with during my stay but communication throughout was excellent. I was most impressed when during the check out of the property Doug arrived early and politely asked if he wanted him to wait. He instead began to check the property and as the property was close to very clean he removed his shoes and helped clean the property so that it met the requirements to receive the full deposit. He also removed 1 large box which I did not have room for. He could've simply not offered advice and charged me for cleaning etc but instead was Proactive and helpful. If I return to Durham i will go straight to JW wood for property.
