All were lovely houses and suitable for what we asked to see, however one was perfect, and the house we ended up buying. Ashley took over the sale and was absolutely brilliant, communicated throughout, kept the process moving, and was so easy to get hold of when we needed to speak to her. The whole process was very smooth, and we couldn't recommend JW Wood more highly enough. They definitely have the best stock of houses in Durham, and all the team memebers we came across were fantastic. They were so lovely to deal with, not the usual "estate agent" narrative where you think they're just telling you what you want to hear. They were exceptionally honest and knowledgable, something we truly appreciated with buying in a market 200 miles from the one we knew.
