I can strongly recommend J W Wood who have provided an excellent service throughout the sale of our house. As we have been away from the property during the process it was particularly important to select an agency who could manage things for us from ‘soup to nuts’ and it has been a real pleasure to deal with Ann and her colleagues. A word too for Chris who has given us a lot of confidence in his professional advice at times when we’ve been struggling a bit with making decisions. Clearly there are many other routes to sell your property in Durham, but it seems to me that there is a strength in depth with Woods which has meant that their speed of responsiveness and attention to detail is unlikely to be bettered.
