After some initial issues with my first point of contact at JW Woods (who I believe has now left the company), we completed on the purchase of our family home. Ann and Elaine took over as my points of contact and really pulled it out of the bag for me. They were both so helpful and gave me some excellent advice, I’m really grateful to both of them, they’re a credit to JW Woods. We didn’t have a straight forward transaction so I did have quite a bit of contact with Ann in particular and she always made me feel like she had my best interests at heart. I’d definitely recommend JW Woods, the only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is due to the issues I experienced at the beginning of my transaction but this was in relation to employees who no longer work at JW Woods.
