Would recommend Woods in Consett as they did a great job for me. Unfortunately the same can't be said for the conveyancing solicitor they recommended. They were very difficult to get a response from "have more that 120 cases so will call you back" no returned call also didn't reply to e-mails. They were also working to a different completion date to that agreed with the sellers solicitors.
