I wanted to sell my parents house as dad had gone into long term care. Given I live 300 miles from the property I needed someone who could manage all aspects of the sale. I invited 4 agents to view the property and decided to instruct J.W. Wood. I'm not sure what it was that decided who I would use as all were excellent but I did not regret my decision for an instant. Ann was my sales agent and the level of communication was above expectation. They handled all enquiries, arranged viewings, negotiated offers and within 2 months had secured a sale (STC) at the asking price. They also offer a low cost conveyancing service via a local solicitor which is another benefit given my location. I can't recommend J.W.
