Edit May 22 - We have just completed - delays in no way due to JW Wood. I must say the aftersales care provided - in particular by Amanda Killops. I work in the service industry and the service provided by Amanda has been second to none. Regular, friendly updates and kept all parties in the loop during the delays so no one became overly frustrated and she ensured things kept moving along so the transaction could be completed asap. I can strongly recommend J W Wood who have provided an excellent service throughout the sale of our house. As we have been away from the property during the process it was particularly important to select an agency who could manage things for us from ‘soup to nuts’ and it has been a real pleasure to deal with Ann and her colleagues. A word too for Chris who has given us a lot of confidence in his professional advice at times when we’ve been struggling a bit with making decisions. We purchased our home through JW Wood recently. We were looking from down South, so only able to come up for a short visit. We explained this to Ann and she was amazing in asking the right questions to ain an understanding of what we were looking for, and pulled together viewings across suitable properties throughout a weekend. All were lovely houses and suitable for what we asked to see, however one was perfect, and the house we ended up buying.
