Honestly can't find a

I've had no issues with Northwood Dundee. All correspondence was polite, professional & friendly whenever I've had to contact them. Whenever I have had to contact them for any reason, whether by email or phonecalls - I've always been able to reach them which makes your time in their care feel that extra bit special. With other tenant agencies I've always ran into problems & I never had confidence in being helped in any way but with Northwood Dundee all the staff have been exceptional in always being attentive & competent in their job. Staff members stay with you through any issues so it'll always be only one member handling you through email chains which helps keep everything efficient & the correspondence always remains friendly & pleasant whilst remaining professional. During my time with them they've also updated their maintenance log system so you can now do this online so the job is officially logged and booked for repair & the system is accessible 24/7. Highly Recommend.
