This was my first time

This was my first time renting a flat so I was a bit nervous about the whole process, Nick from Northwood was amazing in getting us sorted with the flat, responding to emails extremely fast and just in general being very helpful explaining the process, a couple things needing fixed in the flat and they got someone out as soon as possible to do this. I'm currently in the process of leaving the flat and have had no issues, the correspondence has been great and overall my experience with Northwood has been extremely enjoyable so I would definitely recommend them. Credit to Nick who is a great agent.
