It was a bit of a shock when my wife, out walking our dog in our small Cotswold village last October, came back and said she thought she had sold our house! The man she had met, also out dog walking visited, and 15 minutes later, confirmed he wanted it. In november we were visiting Dorset and one of the places we liked was Wool. A ‘For Sale’ sign, from Meyers was followed up with an immediate viewing, literally 20 minutes after calling Richard from our car. We didn’t like the property….but we did like him. Polite, well informed about the property and the background of living locally gave us confidence. Back in the Cotswolds we looked at their website and asked to view another property. Richard, given we were 3 hours driving away, suggested we add a few more properties to view for our visit. After viewing the properties, one house we liked a lot and made our offer. Our sale was very easy but our purchase did offer a couple of vendor challenges which Claire & Richard resolved as they arose. Although Meyers were not employed by us, it did feel they were. They kept us informed and reassured at every stage. Meyers set the highest standards of customer focus and competence and I recommend them to any prospective vendor or buyer.
