Moving 200 miles during Covid 19 to Wool was not the easiest thing we have ever done. Fortunately we met Claire in March 2020 and completed in late January 2021 after many ups and downs. Claire was always very friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and she always responded. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable to us. We viewed her as a friend as she went above and beyond to help us We spoke to Richard occasionally and again very friendly and helpful.
