Richard and Claire make an outstanding team. They almost single-handedly kept our house purchase moving forward at a good pace, despite some serious obstacles that arose due to poor communication between the vendors and their solicitor. Their hard work and excellent communication skills meant we ended up paying a price and completing the purchase on terms and in a time schedule that was agreeable to both us and the vendors.
