Very dishonest and nasty agent that threat the tenant not telling the truth the public. They also disclosed the landlord’s detailed information without sorting out the problems. One for their directors Kevin Ruthven is a hypocrite who is really really really irresponsible and arrogant inside. We paid £1195 for the rent one month and the house suffered 4 robberies within 18 days but the agent did nothing to increase the safety. They did not even tell the landlord at the first two times after the robberies. If they did something, the third time won’t happen. They don’t care the tenant’s safety and life. They only care about their own money!
